I got Animal Crossing: City Folk, the latest entry in the Animal Crossing series for Christmas. It’s a great game, just like it’s DS predecessor (I haven’t played the GCN or N64 versions so I don’t have anything else to compare it to.) The towns are bigger, the graphics are better, communication with friends is better using Wii Speak and I can even take my Wild World character and catalog and use it in City Folk.
One new feature in City Folk that’s been present in other Wii titles like My Pokemon Ranch and Super Smash Bros. Brawl is picture taking. Like My Pokemon Ranch, you can save photos to an SD card as JPEG files. City Folk can only hold 1 photo without saving, My Pokemon Ranch allows you 20 photos. SSBB allows you much more than that, but I can’t give you an exact number because it depends on how much space you have on your console or SD card. (I should note SSBB doesn’t save in JPEG.)
Taking advantage of this feature, here are pictures from my latest adventures in Animal Crossing: City Folk:
